– High priority issues: Within 4 hours
– Standard issues: Within 24 hours
– General inquiries: Within 48 hours

12. Data Processing

– We follow ISO27001 and Essential Eight security standards

12.2 Data Retention

– Data is retained while your account is active
– Backup retention follows our Privacy Policy
